NWTC students came into our classroom and did several activities with the class teaching them about healthy teeth, handwashing, the 5 food groups and bullying. The kids had a lot of fun and learned a lot! Thank you to the NWTC students.

Wednesday, October 6th, is Walk to School Day! Please consider walking to school and you will qualify for some amazing prizes!

The fourth grade class got outside this week to enjoy the weather, get some exercise, and learn about first hand and second hand accounts and similes and metaphors. They listened to podcasts on The Walking Classroom.



First graders in Mrs. Gueths's class investigated how different bird beaks are suited for eating different kinds of food.

The students worked on identifying their Memory Words by playing a game on Memory Match.

Cross country hill runs!

The MS Soccer match at Shawano on Thursday September 30th will be at the middle school starting at 4:30 pm. There will be just one match.

The HS Volleyball matches in Bowler originally scheduled for tonight (Tuesday September 28th) have been moved to Friday October 1st in Bowler. JV starts at 6:00 pm with varsity to follow.

Physical science students worked on a measurement lab looking at the difference between precision and accuracy while physics students conducted a speed lab using toy cars.
