
Mrs. Hoffman’s 9th graders closed out Poetry Month (April) and Kindness Week (April 25-29) by decorating some of the sidewalks at school with diamante poems they wrote. Diamante poems start with one subject and end with its opposite. They wrote poems that started with a “negative” and ended with a “positive”.





The scheduled board meetings for Monday, May 2nd and 16th have been rescheduled to Monday, May 9th and 23rd.

The elementary Physical Education students had a chance to participate in some cooperative parachute activities today.

Gresham's prom is tomorrow, Saturday, April 30, from 8-11 P.M. Spectators are welcome for the grand march at 9:30. Spectator tickets are $2 per person at the door; children below grade 6 are free.


The Gresham Menominee golf team had a great day at the Bonduel Invite! Saswaen, Corbin, Jack, Fynn, and Ayanna did fantastic. Corbin led the way with a 90.





REMINDER: last day for 4 year old Kindergarten registration is today from 1-3pm in the 4K classroom. This is an opportunity to bring needed registration paperwork and have your child explore their new classroom!





The Gresham Baseball team earned a split against Tigerton.
In Game one, Gresham finished a rain shortened game from April 12th by taking the loss 13-3 loss.
In Game two Gresham came back and earned an 11-2 victory. Gresham was led by a strong performance by Austin Sperberg, both on the mound and at the plate. Sperberg pitched 5 2/3 striking out five, walking one, and scattered 5 hits. At the plate Austin was also 2-4. Other leading hitters were Bryson Nelson going 4-5, Belasaire Vele going 3-5, and Corbin Welch going 2-4 with 3RBI.
Gresham travels to Marion on Monday for big Conference matchup where the will play two five inning games.

industry in Agriscience class this week





The junior high students discussed the importance of gratitude today. Each classroom has a thank you card station set up for students to write a message to a friend, family member, staff member, or anyone else to show their gratitude.
