Homework Club students! Make sure you have your field trip forms turned in. Mrs. Buettner is planning a fun field trip, but you must have your form turned in. She handed out forms tonight to those students who needed one. Parents, please get this returned ASAP.

Gresham-Bowler Track and Field’s Emmitt Kietlinski broke the school record (his own record from last year) for high jump last Monday at Tri-County jumping 6’8”! Way to go!

We would like to give a big shout out to our great IT professionals that volunteer with the Microsoft TEALS program. They support our students in their Intro to Computer Science class. So please join us in saying thank you to Sophia, Ben, and Brenden. Sophia is a sophomore at UW-Madison studying math and computer science. Ben is a great programmer out of the Madison area. Brenden is a business owner out of the LaCrosse area. They take two hours per week to support our students on their coding journey.

The Microsoft Philanthropies TEALS (Technology Education and Learning Support) program brings computer science education to high schools. This is done with a unique partnership of tech industry professionals and high school teachers: the IT professionals provide computer science knowledge, and the classroom teachers provide educational expertise.
We are a Microsoft TEALS school and TEALS is currently recruiting in-person and remote volunteers for the 2023/24 school!

Gresham/Bowler’s Emmitt Kietlinski claimed an indoor state high jump title at the Wisconsin State Indoor Track and Field Championships held Saturday at UW-Whitewater. Kietlinski jumped 6-6 to take the crown. He also added a 3rd place finish in the triple jump with a leap of 43-8.
