Biology students set up their terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems in a bottle today as part of our ecology unit. Included were goldfish, aquatic and terrestrial plants, crickets, night crawlers, and potting soil. They will be monitoring these until the end of the year to observe how their design allows for the necessary cycling of nutrients needed for their organisms survival.

We have many prizes donated to us from the Safe Routes to School Program. Students who participate in Bike to School Day will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a prize. We will have multiple staff members outside to assist with student safety on the morning of the event. Please be aware that there will be an increase in students on the route to school on Wednesday
