We are hoping to offer interested middle and high school students an opportunity to learn to knit during our intervention and enrichment period. We are looking for yarn and knitting needles the kids can use. If you have any spare knitting supplies that you'd be willing to donate, they can be dropped off at the school during the Wednesday evening homework exchanges (from 4-6 PM on Wednesdays). Here is the description a free virtual presentation and conversation for families of children with disabilities to help guide them through the transition from child-centered to adult health care systems. This presentation will introduce information and provide time for conversation about the many parts of health care transition.
