***Here are a few words of wisdom:
Today marks the beginning of the eight days of Hanukkah, a special celebration
for Jews around the globe.
On theses days of Hanukkah, the Jewish people rededicate themselves to
their religious laws, such as those found in their sacred books known as
the Torah. The books of the Torah contain the Jewish peoples' rules for
living. And what are those rules? Here's just one:
The beginning and the end of Torah
is performing acts of loving kindness.
Regardless of our own cultural, racial, or religious background, performing
acts of loving kindness is an idea we can all embrace. Today, commit a
random act of kindness.
With something to think about, Make it a great day . . or not. The choice is yours.
