Tomorrow night, Saturday May 14th at 6:00 PM in the Commons here at school.
Your family is invited too. There will be a taco meal and
many recognitions and award handed out at the banquet.

Have you ever heard the expression "The grass is always greener on the
other side"? Many times when we look across the fence into someone
else's yard, we think they have it bigger, better, and easier. We get jealous.
That's really sad because we put so much importance on who has the
biggest house, the fanciest car, and the nicest clothes. The truth is,
Everyone has challenges to deal with and we can't always know what
problems other people suffer. In The end, being jealous of others hurts You
the most! For one thing, it keeps you from being grateful for the things you
have.
The English say it this way:
Envy shoots at others and wounds itself.
Today, don't waste your valuable time being jealous of others. Instead,
take the time to think about what's good and wonderful about you.
With something to think about, Make it a great day . . . . or not. The choice is yours.
