***Here are a few words of wisdom:
Listen to these words from professor Dr. David Strutton.* He says:
Positive thinking can help relieve stress.
Dr. Strutton studied 101 people with stressful jobs and discovered that
pessimists- people who look at life in a negative way - deal with problems
by simply complaining. They don't take actions that will help solve their
problems.
On the other hand, optimists - people who view life in a positive way -
deal with problems in practical ways, like making an extra effort, getting
organized, or getting help.
So are you feeling stressed out about something? Then ask yourself this:
Am I being a pessimist? Am I just complaining and not doing anything
about the problem? If the answer is yes, try being more positive. Look for a
creative solution. Talk to someone who can help. Get busy doing something
about your problem, and maybe some of that stress will disappear.
With something to think about; Make it a great day...or not. The choice is yours.
