Today is Tuesday, February 2, 2021
Announcements for today include:
***Today is a B Day
***Happy Birthday to Riley
***Lunch for today is: Beefy Nachos or Cheese Pizza
***Today is Picture Day!! Virtual Students are able to come in
between 1 & 2 PM TODAY; and have their picture taken.
*** There is a student council meeting in Mrs. Brockman's room during 9th hour
on Thursday. All members, including class officers, are expected to attend.
***Congratulations to the MS girls basketball team for their win last night
8th grade are 4-0, winning against Marion 27-13. 6th grade lost 16-13.
***The JV Boys Basketball team won last night against Northland Lutheran.
The Varsity also won 94-39. The team was led by Lukas with 35 points
including 11 3 pointers which is a new school record previously held by Drew.
Austin added 16 points, Will had 14 points and Jake had 12 points. It was a great team win including a very good defensive effort from all.
Congrats to both teams!!

Did you know that Girl Scouts around the globe celebrate Thinking Day?
That's right. Thinking Day is a day when Girl Scouts spend time thinking
about how people should be friends to one another. They send a card or
letter to people around the world.
What do you think would happen if everyone stopped for just one day
and thought about what it means to be a good friend? What if everyone
thought about how important friends are? What if everyone reached out
and made a new friend? What if whole countries decided to be friends
instead of enemies?
Today, take a minute and think about the importance of being a good
friend and neighbor. How does it make life better? Would the world be a
better place if more people were friends?
