**Here are a few words of wisdom:
We've talked before about what it means to be a philanthropist. At age 85,
American philanthropist Walter Annenberg gave $365 million dollars to four
schools. As Mr. Annednberg journeyed through his life, he not only accumulated
a great deal of wealth, he accumulated a great deal of wisdom.
In fact, when he gave away the $365 million dollars, he said,
I'm interested in the young people because the character of
our country will be shaped by the young people in the days ahead.
In other words, each generation shapes its future. If you and your fellow
students choose to be honest, fair, kind, and responsible citizens, our country
will become all these things. You have the opportunity to shape the
future of our entire nation. Together, you decide.
**With something to think about, Make it a great day... or not. The choice is yours.
