**Here are a few words of wisdom:
In a word where there's so much focus on what's wrong, it's hard to focus
on what's right. It's easy to feel as if nothing we do really matters.
And yet there is so much we can do every single day to make our lives
count for something special. We can reach out to one another with
kindness and generosity. We can commit random acts of kindness. We
can encourage and uplift one another.
The Dalai Lama, spiritual leader of the Tibetan Buddhist religion, once said:
My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness.
Today, look for ways to commit a random act of kindness. You'll discover
that with each act of kindness, you'll feel better about yourself and the
world around you.
