Today is Monday, November 25th, 2024
Announcement for today include:
***Lunch for today is: Max sticks or Southwest Chicken salad.
***Breakfast for Tuesday is: Breakfast Taco or Choice of Cereal
***Lunch for Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Sandwich or Southwest Chicken salad.
***A big thank you to all who donated for the food drive last week. We were able to collect 568 items. Flo'ing with Kindness will be stopping by on Tuesday to pick up the donations.
***Being Thanksgiving week there is school tomorrow on Tuesday,, then vacation
the rest of the week. No School Wed. Thursday or Friday.
***There will be NO Homework Club this week being Thanksgiving week.
***Also NO 10th hour this week today or tomorrow.
***There is a Gresham Area Booster Club Meeting today, Monday, November 25th at 4:00pm Gresham Community School in the Commons.
***All Jr. High boys basketball players and families - There is no practice or games this week. There is a non-mandatory practice for 6 - 8th grade on Sunday, December 1 from 6 -7:30 p.m. at school. All players there is a home game when school resumes on Monday, Dec. 2 vs. Tigerton beginning at 4 p.m.
***Here are a few words of Wisdom:
It's so easy to take for granted all the little things we enjoy every day. For example, let's think about the clothes you have on. Chances are that something you are wearing is made of cotton. Think about it. A whole bunch of people worked very hard so you would have clothes to wear to school today-farmers, field hands, factory workers, retailers, salespeople.
This Thanksgiving week, be aware of all the people and hard work behind the things you enjoy every day and give a little thanks.
