Announcement for today include:

***Happy Birthday on Sunday to Dakota

***Lunch for today is: Sausage  & Pepperoni  Pizza or Honey Mustard Ham Wrap

***NO School on Monday, October 14th.

***Breakfast for Tuesday is: Apple Frudel or Choice of Cereal 

***Lunch for Tuesday: Pancakes with Egg Bake or Southwest Chicken Salad

***Any FFA members interested in helping with the Haunted Barn next Saturday October 19th please see Mr. Zobeck for information and a permission slip.

***Haunted Barn When - Saturday, October 19th. Where - @ N6970 CTY RD G Gresham from: 6:30-9:00PM *Bring a Non Perishable Food Item or $2.

** The HS Varsity Volleyball lost to Manawa 2-1 & lost to Rosholt 2-0. The JV                Volleyball team won against Rosholt 2-0 but Lost to Manawa 2-0.

***Congratulations to 6 & 7grade, MS Volleyball on your wins against Marion.                Great Job Wildcats.

***MS Girls Volleyball tournament is (A) @ Bowler Also the Bus leaves at 8:45 AM on        Saturday, tomorrow, for their tournament at Bowler.    Be to the school no later than 8:40 AM.

***HS Soccer (H) Invitational Tomorrow Saturday @ 9:00 AM

***Here are a few words of Wisdom:

Listen to these words from Professor Dr. David Strutton.* He says:

           Positive thinking can help relieve stress.

Dr. Strutton studied 101 people with stressful jobs and discovered that pessimists-people who look at life in a negative way-deal with problems by simply complaining. They don't take actions that will help solve their problems.

On the other hand, optimists-people who view life in a positive way- deal with problems in practical ways, like making an extra effort, getting organized, or getting help.

So are you feeling stressed out about something? Then ask yourself this: Am I being a pessimist? Am I just complaining and not doing anything about the problem? If the answer is yes, try being more positive. Look  for a creative solution. Talk to someone who can help. Get busy doing something about your problem, and maybe some of that stress will disappear.
