***Here are a few words of Wisdom:

In an article in Redbook magazine, it was suggested that hugs can help us not only feel better, but enjoy better health.

Now listen to what Jo Lindberg, Founder of the Hugs for Health Foundation, says:

Hugs are the best form of therapy.

In fact, research is showing that hugs can actually lower blood pressure and cholesterol, help our bodies fight off disease, and calm hyperactive children. So do you want to improve your state of health? Then listen to Ms. Lindberg's prescription:

4 hugs a day for survival, 8 for maintenance and 12 for growth.

***With something to think about,... Make it a great day....or not.

    The choice is yours.
