***Here are a few words of wisdom:

Have you ever been angry with someone and said "He really burns me

up"? Anger has been described many times as a fiery emotion.

Now listen to this Chinese proverb:

The fire you kindle for your enemy of ten burns yourself

more than him.

In other words, when we are angry with someone and we keep adding fuel

to the fire by allowing ourselves to get more and more and more angry, we are the

ones that really get burned. How? Well, we might act our our anger in an

inappropriate way that leads to a serious consequences, or that ruins a

relationship . or causes us to lose the respect of others.

So today, if you are feeling really angry with someone, look for ways to put

out the fire before somebody gets burned. Talk to a teacher, parent, friend,

or counselor. Don't let your anger burn you up.

With something to think about, Make it a great day . . or not.

The choice is yours.
