***Here are a few words of wisdom:

Some people are concerned about American young people today because

when asked what they want to do when they grow up, too many of these

young people are responding with answers such as: movie star, rock star,

rap star, and basketball star.

These are all ambitious goals. They are also goals that only a very very

few will ever achieve. So it's a good idea to have a backup plan just in

case, don't you think?

There's one goal we should all set for ourselves. Bryan Lindsay says it this

way:

Becoming a star may not be your destiny, but being the

best you can be is a goal that you set for yourselves.

Today, remember this: Whatever your dreams are, always do your best in

all that you do. Then, whether you become a professional athlete or a

professional gardener, you'll wind up a winner.

With something to think about, Make it a great day . . or not. The choice is yours.
