***Lunch for today is: Chicken Nuggets or BBQ Rib Sandwich
***Breakfast for Wednesday is: Bagel w/Strawberry Cream Cheese or Cereal
***Wednesday for Lunch is: Beef Chili or Southwestern Burger
***HS Girls Varsity Basketball (A) vs. Elcho at 6:00 PM
***HS Boys Varsity Basketball (H) vs. Elcho at 6:00 PM
***MS Girls Basketball Pizza Party in the Commons on Thursday,
February 16th at 3:30-4:30 pm. Please bring your uniforms to turn in as well.
***There will be a short meeting right after school on Thursday Feb.16th,
for 9-12 grade students who are interested in going out for Baseball in the commons.
***HS Softball meeting in Mr. Zobeck's room on Wednesday,
February 22nd at 12:20 pm. If you are in 9th-12th grade and
interested in joining softball this spring please attend.
***NO Homework Club or 10th hour

***There is NO School on February 17th (Vacation Day)

Yesterday we discovered that the idea of loving each other is part of
at least seven of the world's religions. So is the Golden Rule.
- In Christianity we are told: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
- In Hinduism: "Men should always treat others as they themselves wish to be treated."
- In Buddhism: ". . . Man should minister to his friends . . . by treating them as he treats himself. . . "
- And in Islam: "No one of you is a believer until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself."
Today, as we honor our differences, let's focus on this universal rule for
living.
